1. What is included with the VIP subscription?

VIP provides additional in-app benefits such as exclusive badges, profile effects, premium features, and other perks announced within OXYN. VIP benefits may change over time as we improve and update the service.

2. Can I cancel my VIP subscription?

Yes. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period and will not renew afterward.

3. Can I get a refund for my VIP subscription?

No. All VIP subscription purchases are final and non-refundable once the purchase has been completed, except where required by applicable law or the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play. Not using the subscription, deleting your account, or uninstalling the App does not qualify for a refund.

4. What happens if my account is suspended or banned?

If your account is suspended, restricted, or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Use or Community Guidelines, you will not be entitled to a refund or credit for any unused portion of your VIP subscription.

5. Can VIP benefits or pricing change?

Yes. We may update VIP benefits, adjust pricing, or introduce new subscription plans in the future. Changes will not affect your current paid subscription period but may apply upon renewal or to new subscriptions.
